The above forms reference the AEPMA, Industry Code of Best Practice for Termite Management”, 1st Edition, 1st November 2017 and include the ‘standard’ Dispute Resolution process.

Multi user licence 

Non-Member 
The fee for non-member multi user licence is $550.00 (inc GST) for the first 3 employees, which is same to the single user licence. 
$962.00 for a company with 4 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$1374.00 for a company with 5 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$1786.00 for a company with 6 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$2198.00 for a company with 7 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$2610.00 for a company with 8 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$3022.00 for a company with 9 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$3434.00 for a company with 10 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).

Note: Sub-contractors and franchisees will need to have their own separate licence. 

Member
The fee for a member multi user licence is $440.00 (inc GST) for the first 5 employees, which is same to the single user licence.
$770.00 for a company with 6 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$1100.00 for a company with 7 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$1430.00 for a company with 8 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$1760.00 for a company with 9 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
$2090.00 for a company with 10 eomployees (i.e. technicians or inspectors).
