Timber Pest Inspectors

Timber Pest Inspectors Registrar

The Australian Timber Pest Inspectors Register is an independent AEPMA initiative that helps consumers find a qualified, experienced, and professional timber pest inspector.

Why Use a Registered Inspector?

A prior to purchase inspection is a critical step. Using a registered specialist ensures you get the best possible advice to help you make an informed decision and protect your investment.

Certified & Trained

Inspectors must undergo specific national competency training relating to timber pests to become qualified and registered.

Experienced & Vetted

A minimum of two years of practical experience is required before an inspector can even apply for registration.

Insured for Your Protection

Registered inspectors are required to hold specific public indemnity and professional liability insurance.

About Your Inspection

To understand what a professional inspection entails, we strongly recommend you download and review the official Code of Practice. It sets achievable outcomes and informs you about what to expect from the service and report.
