The AEPMA vision is for the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association to be the organisation of professional pest managers.

Our Mission

To set the pest management industry standard in harmony with community and environmental standards, represent all professional pest managers who meet these standards, and communicate these standards to government, consumers, and the broader community.

Our History & Affiliations

The Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA) was established in 1988 after the need for a truly national association was perceived by the various state organisations throughout Australia. AEPMA has a strong membership base with many of our member companies having pioneered professional pest management in Australia. The diversity and strength of our membership enables AEPMA to be truly representative of the professional pest management industry.

AEPMA has an excellent working relationship and a strong affiliation with appropriate regulatory authorities, is a member of the Federation of Asian and Oceania Pest Managers Associations (FAOPMA), and has close links with similar pest management associations in many other countries.

AEPMA is represented on all appropriate working committees of Standards Australia and is regularly consulted by government on all aspects of professional pest management. Professional membership is open to companies and businesses involved in any aspect of pest management.
