Should you wish to nominate for office but are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, please download the forms, complete and return to the AEPMA National Office by 3pm 18th May via mail, email (info@aepma.com.au) or fax to 07 3268 4213. 

Nominations will be accepted up until the time of the meeting of 4pm (Sydney time) on the day of the AGM.
